In a large salad bowl add the spinach mix. Next remove the fuzz on the peaches and thinly slice.
Next slice the avocado and the red onion about a 1/4 inch thick.
Then layer the peaches, red onion, avocado, feta cheese crumbles, and honey roasted pecans on top of the spinach mix.
To make the dressing add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustar, honey, and pinch of salt to a jar with a lid and shake until well combined. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately or store in the fridge until needed.
