2Bundles Asparagus (bottoms cut off about 2 inches)
2tablespoonsO’ So Good Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Squeeze fresh lemon juice (optional)
2tsp +drizzle O’ So Good Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Cut 2 inches off the bottoms of the asparagus and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of O’ So Good olive oil on top, season generously with salt and pepper, and then drizzle 2 tsp O’ So Good balsamic on top.
Roll and mix the asparagus around with your hand or tongs to evenly coat each piece. Roast in the oven for 10- 12 minutes or until the tops look slightly toasted and asparagus is soft. Squeeze half a lemon over asparagus (optional) and drizzle more balsamic on top. Enjoy!
