Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes or until slightly toasted but not burnt and put into salad.
Slice figs and blackberries in half and put on top of the salad. Then sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and toss to mix well.
Drizzle with O’ So Good Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!
