In a bowl add remaining tablespoon of Harissa olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix to combine. Sprinkle spice mixutre over meat and stir until meat is well coated. Drizzle one tablespoon of mango balsamic over the meat. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, fresh chopped cilantro, and sour cream. *Goes well with O' So GOod Strawberry Mango Salsa!
