Mango Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Hot water
  • 2 Cups Cane Sugar
  • 3 Ripe Mangos
  • 1 Cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Mango balsmic vinegar
  • 7.5 Cups Cold water (or to taste)
  • Ice As needed for pitcher and glasses

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar with hot water and stir until sugar is completerly dissolved and no longer cloudy. Allow to cool.
  • Slice mangos and scoop out the flesh. Discard the pit and skins.
    In a blender, add cooled sugar water and mangos, and blend until a smooth puree is made. Next juice lemons into a bowl and set aside.
  • In a pitcher add mango juice, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, cold water, and ice. Stir to combine and adjust to taste. Garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices. Enjoy!
