Combine sugar with hot water and stir until sugar is completerly dissolved and no longer cloudy. Allow to cool.
Slice mangos and scoop out the flesh. Discard the pit and skins. In a blender, add cooled sugar water and mangos, and blend until a smooth puree is made. Next juice lemons into a bowl and set aside.
In a pitcher add mango juice, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, cold water, and ice. Stir to combine and adjust to taste. Garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices. Enjoy!
