Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl add the salt, cocoa powder, honey, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Next add in the oats and almonds if using. Stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto a baking sheet and press flat. Bake for 10 minutes and then rotate the pan in the oven 180 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes. Remvoe from the oven and allow to completely cool. Then add in the chopped chocloate chips and freeze dried strawberries. Enjoy!
