Instructions
In a large bowl layer handfuls of mixed salad greens, fresh pitted cherries, parmesan cheese flakes, and honey roasted pecans. Make the dressing by combining the lime olive oil, zest and juice of a lime, cherry balsamic vinegar, salt, and honey in a small bowl. Stir until the dressing is well mixed and drizzle over the salad.
