Olive Oil’s Blackberry Walnut Salad

Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups spring salad mix
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cups Cup toasted walnuts
  • 4 tbsp sliced figs
  • 4 tbsp cup sliced blackberries
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp O’ So Good Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp O’ So Good Balsamic

Instructions
 

  • Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes or until slightly toasted but not burnt and put into salad.
  • Slice figs and blackberries in half and put on top of the salad. Then sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and toss to mix well.
  • Drizzle with O’ So Good Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!
