Olive Oil’s Blackberry Walnut Salad
Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups spring salad mix
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cups Cup toasted walnuts
- 4 tbsp sliced figs
- 4 tbsp cup sliced blackberries
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
- 1-2 tbsp O’ So Good Olive Oil
- 1-2 tbsp O’ So Good Balsamic
Instructions
- Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes or until slightly toasted but not burnt and put into salad.
- Slice figs and blackberries in half and put on top of the salad. Then sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and toss to mix well.
- Drizzle with O’ So Good Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!
