Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sliced Peaches (about 2)
- 2 Cups Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Water Divided
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Divided
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice (about 4 lemons)
- 3 Tbsp Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
- 5-7 Cups Cold Water
- Garnish Additional Raspberries, Lemon Slices, or Mint
Instructions
- Fruit Puree Syrup:Blend sliced peaches and 1/2 cup of water together and add to a shallow pan along with 1/4 cup of sugar. Heat for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. This is a simple syrup made with fresh fruit.Blend the raspberries and 1/2 cup of water next and strain out the seeds (optional). Add to the pan along with 1/4 cup of sugar and heat for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour into seperate containers for later.**Alternatively you can blend the raspberries and peaches together and add to a shallow pan with 1/2 cup of sugar and heat together. I think it's fun to mix the two fruit syrups later, but you can do them together to save time.
- Add ice to a glass or pitcher and combine the two fruit syrups, lemon juice, balsamic vinegars, and water. Stir and taste test. Add more sugar if desired and garnish with additional raspberries, lemon slices, or mint. Enjoy!
