Olive Oil Tomato Pesto Fettuccine

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package  Fettuccine Pasta
  • 2 Cloves  Garlic Minced
  • 1 Red Tomato Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Sliced
  • 1/2 cup O’ So Good Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to Taste
  • Parmesan Cheese to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes or according to package instructions.
  • Drain the water and put into a large bowl
  • Add tomato chunks, O’ So Good Olive Oil, garlic, and fresh basil, as well and salt and pepper to taste. Toss all together until pasta is coated well with oil and seasonings. You can also add whatever other toppings sound yummy!
