Wash rice until the water comes out clean. Then add O’ So Good olive oil to a pot and heat on medium-low until warm.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp O’ So Good Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cup white rice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Wash rice until the water comes out clean. Then add O’ So Good olive oil to a pot and heat on medium-low until warm. Add rice to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until just starting to brown then add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Next add water and salt and simmer. Cook slightly covered for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes then stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
