Cilantro Lime Chicken
Combine 2 tablespoons of O’ So Good olive oil and all remaining ingredients into a zip lock bag or shallow baking dish and add chicken breasts. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Ingredients
- 1 ib. chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbs O’ So Good Olive Oil divided
- 1 tbs O’ So Good Balsamic Vinegar (+more for drizzling)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Juice of 1 lime + more for garnish
Instructions
- Combine 2 tablespoons of O’ So Good olive oil and all remaining ingredients into a zip lock bag or shallow baking dish and add chicken breasts. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high heat. When hot add everything in the zip lock bag to the skillet.
- Cook undisturbed 3-4 minutes then turn over cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 4-6 more minutes or until cooked through. Remove and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
- Then remove chicken and place on a cutting board and slice. Drizzle with O’ So Good Balsamic vinegar and serve.
