Cherry Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Cups Frozen pitted cherries
  • 1/5 Cups Cane sugar
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In two batches add frozen pitted cherries, sugar, water, lime juice, salt, and balsamic vinegar to a blender. Blend until smooth and add to a 9 x 5 or 8 x 5 loaf pan. Place in the freezer for a few hours until firm. Serve and enjoy immediately!
