Ingredients
- 8 Cups Frozen pitted cherries
- 1/5 Cups Cane sugar
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- In two batches add frozen pitted cherries, sugar, water, lime juice, salt, and balsamic vinegar to a blender. Blend until smooth and add to a 9 x 5 or 8 x 5 loaf pan. Place in the freezer for a few hours until firm. Serve and enjoy immediately!
