
Blueberry Balsamic Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Frozen Blueberries
- 3/4-1.5 cups Organic Cane Sugar (or to taste)
- 4 tbsp Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Lemons Juiced (equal to about 1 cup)
- 8 cups water divided (or sprite-if using sprite lower the sugar amount)
Instructions
- Add the 2.5 cups of frozen blueberries to a blender and cover with 1-2 cups water. Blend until smooth and then pour into a pot. Add the sugar to the pot and simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Allow the blueberry mixture to cool. Add to a pitcher along with the lemon juice and blueberry balsamic vinegar. Add Ice to fill the pitcher half full and then top with sprite or water. Taste test and add sugar if needed.
