Ingredients

  • 3 lbs baby back ribs
  • 3 tbsp O’ So Good Olive Oil
  • 3 parsley sprigs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp thymeSauce
  • 1/2 cup O’ So Good Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 3 oz Beef Broth
  • 1/8+1/2 cup Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3/4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt to

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the membrane on the back of the rack of ribs if it hasn’t already been done.
  • Spread some heavy duty aluminum foil shiny side up on a baking sheet and place the rack on it. Generously rub both sides of the rack with the O’ So Good olive oil, salt and thyme. Lay the rack so that it creates an arch on the baking sheet and place the parsley sprigs and garlic cloves under the arch of the rack. Next wrap the ribs in the foil and pinch the edges to seal the deal. Then put the bundled rack in a roasting pan.
  • Roast the ribs for 30 minutes then reduce the temperature to 250 degrees and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (my oven took 1 hour and 50 minutes), or until the meat has shrunk back from the eds of the bones by about half an inch.
  • During the last 45 minutes the ribs are cooking start preparing the sauce. Bring the O’ So Good balsamic vinegar to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until reduced about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to medium low and simmer until it starts to thicken. I recommend lots of taste testing and adjusting to taste by adding vinegar, sugar, or salt to desired flavor. The flavor should be slightly intense.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and open the foil. Be careful of any escaping steam and then transfer the ribs to a baking sheet. Now you can turn the broiler on in your oven or raise the temperature to 450 degrees. Remove Ribs and generously brush both sides of the ribs with the sauce and broil the ribs 2-4 minutes or until the sauce sizzles and browns. Make sure to flip the ribs and do both sides. Serve immediately with any extra sauce on the side because you won’t want to wait any longer! Enjoy!
