Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • Q teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cup granulated sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons O’ So Good Olive Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 orange zested
  • 1/2 tablespoon orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt) in a bowl and set aside. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in the sugar 1 cup at a time until fully incorporated and slightly dissolved.
  • Next add the O’ So Good olive oil, eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice and whisk together. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir together using a spatula. This will be a thick mixture. Pour into a greased/oil sprayed 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly cooked but still slightly clumpy.
  • It will continue to cook while cooling and you will get ooey-gooey delicious brownies. Enjoy!
